The principal goal of the mediator is to provide an environment conducive to communication & negotiations between the parties.  In this environment the mediator is able to assist the parties in examining each other's perspective, discover their true needs and objectives, and acquire pragmatic solutions that can lead them to the desirable "win-win" objective.   Such an environment enables the mediator's major role.  The mediator's major role is to facilitate their clients in reaching their own solutions.

To get started, go to the contact us page and fill out the intake form then contact us for an appointment.  If you are not able to complete the form on your own just bring it in on your first appointment along with the required documentation and we can work on what you were unable to fill in.  However, the process is more efficient if  you fill in as much as you can before the appointment.
